7. What's better: big or small?
There are only 13 musicians in the Band. But they are playing more than 50 rare folk instruments. The member of musicians is not very large, but because of their talent and master ship the around of the Chamber Orchestra is quite universal: it varies from light accompaniment to powerful TUTTI, is able to compare with a big orchestra of folk instruments. Another quality of the Chamber Orchestra is that the musicians are able to give their music all instrumental sheds of a big orchestra.
The musicians are young, no more than thirty years old, and it's also reflected on their stage performance.
One more feature of the Chamber Orchestra is that the programs must have dramatic qualities. So, it is necessary to have decorations, different stage attributes.
The musicians aren't sitting static on their places. They move and act with the singers. The funny, bright show is the necessary component of each concert.

8. Costumes
They were designed by the talented Moscow artist and costume designer VERA MACAROVA and made by first class masters. The costumes have no analogy in the RUSSIA and abroad, they are the natural copies of the boyard`s and princess clothes of old Russia. The musicians change their costumes during the show. The changes of the colors' spectrum of this magic-costumes create additional motions in the show. The art and skill of THE FEENIST BALALAYKA are one of those few things in the RUSSIA that corresponds to high quality and the most pretentious taste of the public all over the world! After visiting many concerts where you've heard lots of performers, THE FEENIST BALALAYKA Chamber Orchestra is may be the last thing can be revealed for you! And after any concert of THE FEENIST BALALAYKA you can ask the public which is the most original ensemble in Russia? The answer will be: "Well, it's only THE FEENIST BALALAYKA Chamber Orchestra!!!", and they will be absolutely right!
